Choose conditions for the actual contents
Furniture, documents, electronics and textiles can be sensitive to heat and moisture. Ask what temperature management is provided, whether humidity is monitored, and what happens during a power outage. “Climate controlled” is not a promise that every facility maintains the same conditions or can prevent every loss.
