Frank and Sons just moved me from my home to a retirement community in Naples. I can't say enough great things about Alex, Donna, Rich, and the entire crew. They are professional, caring, friendly, on time, efficient, affordable, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. Their genuine caring, warmth, and kindness turned a stressful life event into a hassle free experience! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They were simply great to work with and extremely affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

Everything about dealing with Frank & Sons was wonderful. Alex explained everything for my move back to Buffalo, NY. Spencer, the moving van driver, called me two days before the window, arrived right on time, tagged everything, and reassured us he'd keep in touch throughout the move. Everything was there. Nothing was scratched or broken. I couldn't be happier!!!
I have used Frank and Sons three times over the last 6 years. In our most recent move from Tampa to Naples, we chose to use Frank and Sons instead of a Tampa-based mover because of our outstanding past experience. They packed our belongings as if they were their own. This family-owned and operated business was always on time, courteous, professional, affordable, and efficient. Absolutely a five-star operation!
I had fallen and broken my leg while moving and was hospitalized for 6 weeks. I called Frank and Sons. Robin said there was no availability but she would get with the manager and call me back. When Robin called back, she let me know they would be there first thing Saturday morning. The service was amazing. I sat back, told them what had to be done, and they did it. From now on I will not move myself. I will call Frank and Sons. Hats off to this company. God bless.
Alex and his team from Frank and Sons went above and beyond for my family. We have been in the process of moving from Michigan to Florida. Alex was a great communicator, even answering our inquiries on the weekends and in the evening. When moving day came, Alex's team was punctual, friendly, and fast! This team goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When I received the invoice for less than the estimate, I was floored. Plus the employees were first rate and knowledgeable, worked non-stop and completed the move with no damage. Hope I never need to move again, but if I do, Frank & Sons will get the job.
They moved my 82-year-old mom 2 times in 5 months. From planning to packing to reassembling, Frank and Sons was responsive, courteous, arrived on time, patient, gentle, and very communicative. We received an A+ score from the apartment company stating there was zero damage to the unit from the move. They were available to move my mom in less than 48 hours. I would absolutely recommend them again!
We have used Frank and Sons for several moves over the years as we have moved around Cape Coral. We recently moved our business as well, and they handled a large amount of big filing cabinets and huge flat file drawer cabinets. The owner, Jim, is a pleasure to deal with and has always given us an estimate and sticks to it. No hidden or extra fees ever.
